I feel an overwhelming sense of achievement, the moment I capture something real. I believe pictures should make us feel something. This is why I am not a huge fan of too much posing. So When Charlie invited me to her home to photograph Herbert, in his natural settings, I was delighted. Herbert is baby number 6 and I photographed him when he was just a few days old. I sat and watched the beautiful story of Mother and baby unfold.
